Vendors are responsible to provide their own tent or canopy, weights, tables and chairs. All vendors are responsible for supplying their own electricity. The city will provide the space ONLY.

Vendor Agreement Acknowledgement - By checking this box you are stating that (i) you are an authorized representative of the organization on this application and (ii) you understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Marketing Vendor Agreement.
Invoices will be sent out within one month of each event date. Payment must be made online. By checking this box you are stating you understand that if payment is not made two weeks prior to event date your vendor space will be forfeit.
Vendors must provide the city proof of Worker's Compensation coverage in order to participate. If you are not required to carry Workers Compensation, you will be required to complete a Worker's Compensation Waiver. Do you have Workers Compensation coverage?
